ARRI Amira on suunniteltu kuvaajan ehdoilla teknisiä ominaisuuksia unohtamatta. Amira on varustettu samalla Super 35- kennolla kuin legendaarinen isoveljensä Alexa.

Amira sopii erityisesti dokumentti- ja draamatuotantoon mutta se sopii myös elokuvaajille.

Olkatuki ja kahva ovat mukautuvia - kuvaaja saa varmasti Amiran istumaan hyvin olkapäällään. Kamera on kiitettävästi balansoitu, ja paino (n. 4 kg) jakautuu mukavasti olkapäälle.
